A blog about all the ups and downs of life, and how one awkward girl deals with things and all she has learned in the meantime.
About Me
- Jessica
- Music, reading, family, work, and friends are just part of a typical day for me. Well, not including the clutziness, the awkwardness, and the general lack of being able to think before I speak. A couple more things about me: I have a serious desire to travel, I am absolutley in love with Chicago, also, but definitley not the least, I am LDS, and I love it.

What if
Take chances in life, otherwise your going to be left with a lot of "what ifs" when you grow up. Don't be afraid to take a leap of faith.

Memories
When your in the moment, it's so much easier to describe things than if your just thinking about the past. Let's face it, people forget things and memories get hazy. Don't let go of them though, because some day those memories will become priceless to you.

There's always hope

Dreams
In high school, your expected to pick your future career. Your expected to figure it out. While everyone may say that your not supposed to know right away, that's just it, you are supposed to know. Or else, what in the world are you supposed to do when you go off to college? So many people, myself included, struggle to figure this out. Well, I don't think it's right. When we are teenagers, we all have dreams, right? But everyone tells us to get practical, and to figure out what we can do with our life. What we can become, reasonably, that could support ourselves and our family in the future. What's wrong with following your dream? Nothing! Just because people say it's not practical, or that it can't be done, doesn't mean a thing. It's your dream. Take a chance on it. Otherwise your always going to have that nagging little "what if" in the back of your head, telling you that you could have done it.
